Our new parboiled rice does not lose its shape when cooking and remains "al dente" - so bite-resistant. It is the perfect base for our risotto, along with carefully selected vegetables such as baby carrots, peas, corn and green beans. The fantastic taste comes from the herbs of Provence. And to make you extra happy and give our Veggie dish the finishing touch, we have added natural Nigari Tofu in small pieces.
