The four high capacity heatpipes utilize direct CPU contact technology for rapid heat transfer. Direct contact eliminates thermal resistance thereby increasing efficiency. A piano black 120mm PWM fan is mounted using anti-vibration siliconized rubber pins giving whisper quiet cooling. High grade aluminium profiled fins ensure optimum heat dissipation. The product design has been refined to ensure ultra quiet and exceptional cooling for CPU’s up to 150W TDP (Thermal Design Power). It is compatible with the new forthcoming Intel LGA 2011 processors. Intel multi-platform mounting kit is used for secure mounting on Intel LGA775, LGA1150, LGA1155, LGA1156, LGA1200 and LGA1366 platforms. AMD Sockets 939, AM2, AM2+ and AM3 are catered for with a cam-lever clip for safe and easy attachment. Performance thermal compound is supplied.
