Rather than using guide bars, the GCM 12 GDL features vertical and horizontal hinged arms with sealed bearings. The arrangement guarantees a maintenance-free, super smooth and highly accurate action. In addition, the design saves space. You do not need to allow for guide bars projecting to the rear and as the controls for setting mitre and bevel cuts are at the front of the machine; you can position the GCM 12 GDL against a wall. The saw has a large cutting capacity and wide ranges of both mitre and bevel angles. A laser projects a dual line defining each side of the kerf for precise line-up before cutting. A depth of cut limiter allows you to groove or rebate. The table has pull out material supports right and left, with stops for repeat cuts.
