CHAMPAGNE MUMM - GRAND CORDON

Created on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the G.H. Mumm winery by designer Ross Lovegrove, Grand Cordon comes in a bottle in an innovatively-styled, pared-down design: the inclusion of the red cordon as a ribbon of glass is a technological feat and a real innovation for the traditional Champagne bottle. The bottle's form also helps the wine to unfold. This new cuvée gives top billing to Pinot Noir (selected for its structure and power), combining it with the delicacy and elegance of Chardonnay and the fruity roundness of Pinot Meunier. The result is a most harmonious whole that reveals fruity aromas (lychee, pineapple) and lengthens with lovely persistence into a perfectly balanced finish.
