The pattern gives you measurements to create the items in the following sizes: Hat - Small, Medium or Large, Fingerless gloves - to fit average adult hand, Scarf - 17.25" x 78.75" (44cm x 200cm) or Boot toppers - 15.75" (40cm) circumference x 63" (160cm) deep.
