A marriage of light rum from the distillery and heavy rum from Barbados. Perfect for your favourite rum cocktail at home. TASTING NOTES - With fulfilling notes of warm, sweet spices and gingerbread, perfectly paired with piquant flavours like banana bread, this luxurious Irish rum is a result of the clever marriage of Copeland light rum and a carefully selected rum from Barbados. HOW TO ENJOY - Perfect for your favourite rum cocktail - enjoy as a Cuba Libré (with coke, ice and lime) or in a Dark 'n' Stormy (fiery ginger ale, Angostura bitters and lime). DARK 'N' STORMY COCKTAIL - The glass of choice for us for a Dark & Stormy is a tall highball glass. Simply fill the glass with ice and add 25ml of juice from a squeezed lime, 150ml of ginger beer - fiery if you can get it - and 2-3 dashes of Angostura Bitters. Pour over 60ml of our Copeland Smugglers’ Reserve rum, or our Overproof rum if you prefer, and garnish with a wedge of fresh lime.
