This bold red is named to highlight humanity's significant impact on Earth. This wine is crafted with a deep respect for tradition, involving handpicking, gentle crushing, and open fermentation. Foot treating and basket pressing further refine the wine, which is then matured in old French oak barrels for up to twelve months, ensuring a distinctive and complex flavour profile. The wine has excellent ageing potential and will continue to develop until 2035. Expect vibrant notes of Black Cherry and Black Pepper, with the fruitiness becoming increasingly prominent as the wine opens up.
