Like any other beer from Fruh this is unique with plenty of character to make your pallet ‘sit up and listen’. The beer remains crisp and highly refreshing so well worth investigating if you haven’t come across Fruh before Fruh have been brewing their hugely individual beers close to Cologne Cathedral for over 100 years now. They use an ale rather than lager yeast and then lager at very low temperatures to create crisp, light beers. Characterful, crisp and refreshing .
