King Cole 5489 Pattern The pattern gives you instructions to create the garments suitable for babies from 6 months to 6 years - chest size of 46cm - 61cm (18" - 24") approximately. This King Cole knitting pattern is suitable for use with most double knit yarns, however tensions may vary and we recommend you knit a tension square before knitting the whole garment.
