STRENGTH - with a caffeine content of more than 2.8% or with up to 571mg caffeine (250ml), our beans have up to 7x more caffeine than conventional coffees and are therefore demonstrably among the strongest coffees in the world ☕️ ROASTING - we roast only selected Robusta beans traditionally in small drums, which takes longer and makes it slightly more bitter, but thus lowers the amount of (chlorogenic) acid.
