The making process includes the use of clay from the same region, traditional small-scale baking and smoking where the pieces take from that dark color. Safe for cooking. In this kind of pots, food is cooked uniformly with little supervision, and flavors are mixed perfectly while nutrients are preserved. The result, a nutritious and delicious food. They hold heat well on the table. It can be used in the stove, oven, grill or directly in the fire. Using a fire diffuser is recommended to prevent pot from cracking if the temperature is very high.
