Marc Colin set up shop back in the 1970s, inheriting vineyards from the Colin and Ponavoy families - some of which are over 100 years old. Saint Aubin is one of the Côte de Beaune’s hidden gems, praised for its quality and affordability. It contains 30 Premier Cru vineyards, and “en Montceau” is one of them. It is found right in the heart of the appellation, planted on a hillside composed of limestone soil, which brings a mineral edge to this fine Chardonnay wine.
