This dairy free chocolate bar has a decadent caramel truffle centre, made with a touch of sustainably sourced desert salt Fundación Jocotoco is working to reforest the Chocó rainforest, a global biodiversity hotspot, located close to where we (sustainably) source our precious cacao. Our chocolate is certified organic by the Organic Food Federation, which means that no damaging chemicals are involved in the production of our cacao, oats or other ingredients. Our cacao is sourced directly from farmer's co-ops in Ecuador, and we're proud to pay more for it than even the fair trade recommended price. We think that's only right! Our oats are grown organically in the UK. Our chocolate is certified fair trade by Fair For Life
