The result is achieved by using oxidant in combination with RefectoCil dye. The RefectoCil working eyebrow paint is effective until the last drop and good for about 200 treatments.   Using the RefectoCil Liquid Oxidant 3% Step 1: Mix 10 drops of liquid oxidant 3% and 2cm of paint with the application wand to form a smooth paste. Step 2: Apply a protective protective cream around the area you want to paint. Step 3: Spread the paint evenly over the hair. Step 4: Allow the product to soak in. Step 5: Remove the product.
