Infused with raspberries and strawberries before being rested in oak barrels, emulating traditional 17th century production rituals Inspired by the first recipe of the modern structure of gin, that was published in London in 1639 Crafted using a New Make Spirit typically used in whisky making. On the nose: Bright berries along with juniper, gentle spice and a hint of vanilla to open.
