How to apply the Sisley Phyto-Teint Ultra Eclat The liquid make-up is applied to the skin after your usual skincare cream. Simply use your fingertips to blend from the centre of the face outwards. Then blend the liquid make-up towards the neck and ears. For a particularly sophisticated finish, you can also apply the product by lightly brushing it on with a cosmetic sponge. Ideally, you should set the liquid make-up with Poudre Transparente or Phyto-Poudre Compacte.
