Zinc Oxide Tape 2.5cm - We use a premium, lightweight cotton which has a high tensile strength. It is lighter than our Zinc Tan Physio Tape, but not as strong. We would recommend using white sport tape for lightweight areas such as the wrist and hand, or as a blister prevention tape around the heel and toe. BJJ Tape - The 2.5cm width is perfect as a sports tape strapping for fingers and thumbs when grappling or weightlifting.
