Studiologic SL73 Studio 73-Note USB/MIDI Keyboard

Since its launched in the summer of 2016 Studiologic's SL88 Studio has made quite an impression on stage as well as in the studio. Now, there's a smaller version in the form of the SL73 Studio. This USB/MIDI keyboard retains everything that makes the SL88 so good but has just 73 keys making it more lightweight and more manageable. Studiologic SL73 Studio The SL73 Studio is equipped with a keyboard by Fatar that simply feels just like a real piano and is set in a minimalistic design, retaining that of the SL88, meaning that everything can be controlled via the three X/Y stick controllers and a colour display. Stick one is spring loaded in both directions and is primarily used for pitch and modulation control while stick two is only spring loaded in one direction. The third stick isn't spring loaded at all which makes it perfect for panning, cross fading and controlling other parameters. The sticks are all programmable as well. The Finishing Touch Aftertouch is not a feature you often find on keyboards like this but of course, the SL73 Studio has it! It has plenty of connection possibilities on board too including four programmable pedal jacks and four MIDI connectors that are sure to get plenty of use in the studio as well as on the stage. Programming the various controls is done via a vivid colour display and an encoder with navigation controls. The SL73 Studio is a perfect and more compact alternative if you're running a little low on studio space but need a USB/MIDI keyboard that's just as good as the renowned SL88.
