Made by 1 Korean family, who have been roasting Nori for 30 years. Sourcing the Nori from one family means we are confident in exactly where this Nori comes from. FRESH, RESEALABLE ZIP-LOCK: Baked once every 3 months, most recently, April 2025, so the Nori you have won't be more than 3 months old. Resealable zip-lock bag and silica gel pouch ensures lasting freshness! HIGHEST QUALITY: Top grade, 125g net weight thickness. We've roasted Nori in a unique way for 30 years. It's gently dried 20 times, then roasted, instead of roasting at a higher temperature 4 times. CLEAN, LAB TESTED & KOREAN: many cheaper Nori comes from China, but S. Korean waters are one of the cleanest for Nori. We sourced this Nori for ourselves, so we check exactly where each batch comes from, and rigorously test every batch with a 3rd party lab to ensure not only passing legislative requirements upon import, but also the lowest possible levels of contaminants. ❤️ BRITISH COMPANY: we have the highest accountability due to being local, thus we personally test every batch for flavour and quality, as well as having a quality inspection by the producer and a 3rd party Quality Inspection.
