That's what our Head of Whisky, Sam Simmons has to say about this marvellous single malt from Teaninich, a distillery that unusually uses a special hammer mill and mash filter instead of a traditional mill and mash tun. Distilled in March 2014, the whisky spent a decade in a single refill hogshead, yielding 603 bottles when we dumped it in October 2024 for our Master of Malt Single Cask collection.
