DURABLE & LIGHTWEIGHT. Made with high-grade aluminum, these lightweight, gray poles are 1.44 lb. (.655 kg) per pair, ideal for a maximum user weight of 320 lb. (193 kg). Each pole has a 225 lb. (102 kg) weight-bearing capacity. STRENGTHEN & SUPPORT. ACTIVATOR2 helps strengthen the core with the unique ergonomic CoreGrip that engages core muscles as you walk, helping to burn up to 20% to 46% more calories than walking without poles. Plus, it also helps support the wrist in a neutral position to reduce strain. ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT. Each 3-section collapsible pole may be adjusted to your height, suitable for heights of 4'2" to 6'4" (127 to 193 cm).
