Viorica 2023 - Château Purcari

Viorica from Moldavia stands out for its wines with their excellent finesse and remarkable floral aromas. On the nose, it has a bouquet of fresh spring flowers, with notes of honeysuckle, acacia and bubbly citrus. On the palate, it is initially crisp and lively, with a light body and round flavors of stone fruit, which persist in the finish. This wine is perfect with apéritifs, fish dishes and sea food, as well as cream cheese and dishes from Asian cuisine, like sushi.
