A balanced gin with sweet minerality, grassy notes and a hint of spice, complimented with aromatic spice notes from grains of paradise, coriander and cardamom. Defined by complex herbaceous notes and spice, this gin brings together the natural connection between botany and gin distilling, containing Botanical's includes fennel (seeds and leaves) and sweet cicely, alongside exotic plants such as Piper Leaf, Tasmania Lanceolata leaf and Tasmanian Mountain Pepper, all freshly picked from RBGE.
