Like tofu, it's a fantastic non-meat alternative in casseroles, stews, and curries since it is rather bland and quickly absorbs the flavours and spices of the recipe. ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Miso, Tempeh, and Tofu are just some of the famous dishes from different countries. GMO-free TVP Natural Chunks Soya Protein is suitable for vegans. ✔ INSTRUCTION FOR USE: To Cook: Soak in hot water or vegetable stock for 10-15 minutes until the chunks have expanded prior to cooking (roughly 1 cup TVP to 7/8 cups stock) Once fully expanded & water has been soaked up it is ready to use.
