20" Standard Wound String Sediment Water Filter | 5 Micron, 20" x 2.5" | High Dirt Holding Capacity, Fits 20" Standard Housings (3 Pack)

20" Standard Wound String Sediment Filter | 5 Micron Rated | Yarn wound filters are known for their excellent depth filtration, thanks to the intricate winding pattern of the yarn. This design captures a broad range of particulates, offering superior filtration compared to standard filters. Robust Filtration Capability - Yarn wound filters are known for their excellent depth filtration, thanks to the intricate winding pattern of the yarn. This design captures a broad range of particulates, offering superior filtration compared to standard filters. Enhanced Particle Retention - The unique construction of yarn wound filters provides greater particle retention. The densely wound yarn effectively traps sediments and particles, making it more efficient at filtering out contaminants than regular polypropylene and some pleated filters. High Dirt Holding Capacity - These filters excel in holding more dirt due to the depth of the yarn winding. This increased capacity prolongs the filter's life and reduces the frequency of replacements, offering cost savings in the long term. Durable and Reliable - The yarn wound design is inherently strong and resistant to various chemicals and fluctuations in water flow, making these filters more durable and reliable under different water conditions. Versatile Applications - Due to their robust construction, yarn wound filters are well-suited for a variety of applications, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. They can efficiently handle sediment filtration in diverse water qualities and pressures.
