3M Earmuffs Foldable Headband 90563E, SNR value 30 dB, Black | Ear Defender With Soft Cushions, Comfortable Fit, Adjustable Band For Multiple Head Sizes, For Noise Levels Range 94-105 dB

I bought these 3M TM 90563EC1 capsule ear protectors and they’re amazing: they protect the ears incredibly well, very good, optimal, and I would definitely recommend them.

I bought several of these capsule ear protection right away. They isolate very well loud noises like the sound from a miter saw or a hammer drill. I also use the headphones while playing drums and in the band. I'm very satisfied and hear all instruments crystal‑clear, just quieter.

The hearing protection is very good. Use it with a band saw and a miter saw. The ear cups are comfortable. Only the headband could be a bit longer. But it’s easy to adjust. Recommendation YES

It fits snugly, feels comfortable, can be folded compactly for storage and is very effective at noise reduction. I use it with the band saw (metal) – the high and annoying frequencies disappear, you only hear a small residual of the background noise. Price‑performance top.
