A hardened steel shackle adds further protection by helping to resist hacksaw attacks, making it a considered choice for situations where a more robust padlock is required. For added strength, sizes 30mm and above feature a double-bolted mechanism to increase shackle strength. A long shackle (HB) version is also available, offering an alternative option where additional reach is needed.
