AC PRO-TEC TOTAL RUST and PCB PROTECTION SPRAY: is an all-in-one Modified Acrylic Polymer Base Clear Coating, designed to protect HVAC-Systems, Metals, and PCB Components by providing a Hard Clear Coating, that allows for heat transfer, does not conduct electricity, and inhibits corrosion by creating an oxygen barrier, that remains flexible and is UV Stable. FAST AND EASY APPLICATION: Shake the can well for 30 seconds to 1 minute and apply to clean surfaces to ensure maximum coating adherence. Leave 5 to 15 minutes between coats, so that each coat is completely dry to the touch before proceeding with the next application. LONG-LASTING PROTECTION: For Best Results we advise to apply 2 Heavy Coats or 3-4 Thinner Coats with the specially designed nozzle supplied on the aerosol can. OUSTANDING RESULTS: This Product has been thoroughly tested to rigorous ASTM salt chamber standards. We performed our testing for over 750 hrs. in a salt spray and the coated test pieces were still demonstrating a good corrosion barrier, while we saw all unprotected samples show complete failure within 168 hours. APPLICATIONS: Use it on Combi boilers, PC Boards, Iron, Copper, Brass, Galvanized or Bronze Pipes and Fittings, use on air-to-air heat pumps and apply to all metals that are indoor or outdoor, exposed to high humidity and salt laden air.
