The Acoustic Energy AE100 MK2 Bookshelf Speakers are a compact yet powerful pair of entry-level speakers; ideal for small-to-medium-sized rooms or beginner home cinema setups. The AE100 MK2 speakers belong to Acoustic Energys 100 Series which capably achieve high sound pressure levels despite their smaller dimensions. This is thanks to their 130 mm mid-bass drivers constructed around an ultra-high force long throw motor system as influenced by the premium level 500 Series. Visually the AE100 MK2 speakers are not dissimilar from the premium 500 series with 15 mm HDF vinyl veneer cabinets available in a choice of colours. Wide Dispersion Technology features in the design of 25mm soft dome tweeters for spatial treble while ducts designed to rectify air turbulence issuesenhance bass performance.
