Adidas Fitness Performance Ab Roller Silver

The adidas Performance Abs wheel develops total abdominal strength and stability with a simple and effective movement. Working the abdominal muscles, obliques and lower back as you perform the rollout, the ab wheel also targets the upper back and shoulders as you contract back to the starting position. The dual-wheel design of the High Performance Ab Wheel offers both beginner and advanced modes, ensuring the Wheel continues to challenge you as you build core strength. The wheels can be separated for greater stability in beginner mode, while joining them together provides a greater challenge in advanced mode.To ensure greater safety on any training surface, the rubber grip of the Ab Wheel provides maximum traction, while the TPR handles create a more secure and comfortable feel during each repetition.
