adidas SL 72 RS 'Pure Sulfur Focus Blue' JH5101 7.5

adidas introduced the SL 72 in 1972 as a Super Light track shoe for the Munich Olympics, relying on a nylon upper to shed weight that leather construction could not. 'Pure Sulfur Focus Blue' sets a vivid yellow nylon upper against deep blue overlays, with the blue carried through the three stripes, heel tab and tongue label. The yellow panels sit between those blue sections, so the overlay geometry of the original track build stays clearly outlined.
