When unpacking and trying them on, the strap at the heel tore in 2 pairs of shoes!

I ordered fins for myself and my daughter for the next snorkeling holiday. After five minutes the first strap tore. After another ten minutes both holders on the second pair were ripped. In short, both pairs became unusable in no time.

I tried them on in the swimming pool and they broke within 2 minutes. The strap snapped in half while I was swimming. They were not too tight, if anything, they were too loose.

Both straps broke before first swim! Tried them at home without problem… ordered two pairs (the other for my daughter) and no problem yet with the other pair. Return window closed. Don’t know if I can to get a replacement and it does not help when snorkeling this week.
