With one of the boots, the sole comes off the shaft. I would like a refund or a replacement.

Very nice and comfortable

The interior of the heel sole is deformed, which causes poor walking. I used this product to walk on wet paths during rain to walk my dog. I thought the Aigle brand would give me a quality guarantee for the price.
