Albet i Noya Curiosa Rosat 2025

Albet i Noya Curiosa Rosat is a rose wine from Penedès produced by Albet i Noya, a winery founded in 1979 which pioneered organic wine production in Spain. The climate in the Penedes is warm and soft, Mediterranean in nature, characterized by record long hot summers and cold, dry winters. This wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah. The vineyards are over 10 years old and are planted on soils poor in organic matter with a high clay, sand and limestone content. As for the process, maceration is performed for 24 hours with the skins after stripping. Subsequently, fermentation and aging for 5 months in vats is completed. After maturing, the wine proceeds to a light filtration and cold stabilization before bottling. Albet i Noya Curiosa Rosat is an ecological rose wine that can be enjoyed over 12 months as it gains complexity, reliability and minerality.
