Eight people, three dogs, and a century old process - no shortcuts, no fancy tech. The anCnoc way. TASTING NOTES: Our 10 Year Old Peated packs more smoke. Sweet campfire smoke rolls in - warm and straight from the firepit. Crisp green apples cut through, layered with a burst of orange citrus. Runny honey smooths it all out. NOSE: Sweet smoke to begin, then comes a drizzle of honey, smooth and golden, softening the edges. Just as it settles, there's a snap of cut grass. MATURATION: Matured for ten years in American oak ex-bourbon casks. Sweet and smoky with a well-balanced finish. CRAFTED AT KNOCKDHU DISTILLERY: Since 1894 we have crafted our whisky at Knockdhu Distillery, situated in the village of Knock in Aberdeenshire. Gaelic for the "hill", anCnoc takes its name from Knock Hill which overlooks our distillery home.
