CRAFTED AT KNOCKDHU DISTILLERY: Since 1894 we have crafted our whisky at Knockdhu Distillery, situated in the village of Knock in Aberdeenshire. Gaelic for the “hill“, anCnoc takes its name from Knock Hill which overlooks our distillery home. MAKING WHISKY OUR WAY: With little automation, our Highland Single Malt Whisky is made using the skilled craftsmanship of our people. Because that's how whisky should be made. OUR MATURATION: anCnoc 16 Year Old is matured for the entirety of its life in the finest hand selected American oak ex-bourbon casks. THE TASTING NOTES: Rich and sweet. On the nose you will experience honey, fresh green apples, spiced vanilla and rich caramel, with a medley of sweet citrus, fudge and candied banana on the palate.
