The rounded grains are firm, creamy, and chewy when cooked, compared to other rice kinds. It has a starchy flavour that complements other flavours well. Arborio rice is commonly used in risotto, although other kinds such as Carnaroli, Maratelli, Baldo, and Vialone Nano are also suited. Rice pudding is commonly made using arborio rice. ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Arborio rice can also be used to make sweet rice pudding or in a Paella in place of Spanish rice. Although it has more starch than regular long-grain white rice, this does not mean it has more carbohydrates. The grain has wonderful, creamy skin and is firm inside when cooked to perfection. Arborio Rice is natural, GMO-free, and vegan-friendly. ✔ INSTRUCTION FOR USE: To Cook: Allow 75g of rice per person. Preparation Time: 15 minutes, cooking time 30 minutes. In a pan fry some butter with a portion of rice for 2-3 minutes, then keep adding a small amount of stock at a time until absorbed. Make sure to stir frequently.
