A TROPICAL AGING: Arcane Rums are produced from sugar cane juice distilled and aged at the Grays distillery. It is in this tropical setting that Arcane rums develop their different characters and tasting profiles within their own cellars. This can be done thanks to innovating products mingling sugarcane freshness together with the greedy aromas of the distillation and more complex notes linked to the aging process. THE MAURITIUS MULE: STEP 1: Crush some mint leaves in a Highball glass STEP 2 : Add 6cL of Arcane délicatissime, 2 cl of lime juice and stir gently STEP 3: Top up with some Ginger beer, add some crushed ice and enjoy!
