A grub screw secures the thumb turn to the 5mm square spindle, and is suitable for door thickness's of up to 54mm (subject to backplate thickness) and may require cutting down to suit thinner doors. This replacement turn and release features a thumb turn with a moulded pin that sits in the handle back plate and only allows a quarter turn of the thumb turn, the moulded cam lock engages with the cam on the back handle shaft that prevents the handle being operated when engaged. The emergency release disc features a coin slot to provide the override emergency release function. This replacement door handle thumb turn will work with Bertelli door handles and most other makes including; Frelan, Heritage Brass, Carlisle Brass, M-Marcus, and the Jedo Collection.
