The temperature rises up to 400 °C for an hour to provide permanent and convenient cleaning of even the hardest to reach places. No need for additional scrubbing! EASY CLEAN INTERIOR - Don't want to use the Pyrolytic function? No problem! The interior of the oven is coated with an easy clean enamel. This enamel is antiallergic, antibacterial, hygienic, durable & environmentally friendly. EASY FIT SHELF SUPPORT RAILS - The shelf support rails are made of stainless steel. You can pull out baking trays and wire shelves without any damage to the enamel. The side rails can be easily dismantled which ensures convenient cleaning of the oven cavity. The shelf support rails can be washed by hand or simply put in the dishwasher for ultra convenient cleaning. HOT AIR SYSTEM - Fan-assisted cooking that reduces cooking time, both time and energy saving! The oven temperature can be set to 50° - 280°C which is ideally suited for baking cakes and biscuits, with even distribution of heat throughout the cavity. DOUBLE INFRARED GRILL - Situated at the top of the oven cavity and perfect for toast (and more of course!). INTERNAL FOOD PROBE - Insert the probe into your chosen food and set the oven to cook to the correct core temperature needed for the perfect result. Fantastic for baking, and perfect for roast dinners! DEFROST FUNCTION - By selecting one of the fan cooking functions and setting the temperature regulator to zero, the fan allows cold air to circulate inside the oven.
