From the sister house of Bolllinger, this wine is rich and aromatic on the nose. Pale gold in colour with a fine mousse, on the palate, it is well balanced and shows great finesse and complexity. Pinot Noir (45%) gives this wine richness and a long finish while Chardonnay, from the finest soils of the Cotes des Blancs, adds delicacy, liveliness and freshness.
