Balsamic vinegar and Honey from Olive Oil Shed

Modena Balsamic vinegar is preferred by chefs to dress salads, give a special taste to meats, fish… In La Chinata we wanted to take advantage of the taste and quality of this vinegar paying tribute to the land of Extremadura, and so, we macerated cherries, figs and honey to get a balsamic vinegar with all its properties and a brush e different flavor. It can have very varied and original uses: raw on salads, fruit macedonia, a droplet on ice cream… or hot to marinate fish, chicken, meat… They are also a good base for side sauces.
