Then the liquid is aged for a minimum of one year, creating an exceptionally pure spirit FRUIT AND NUT NOTES WITH ELEGANT COMPLEXITY - Subtle aromas of raisin, pear, pastry, grass and toasted nuts. These develop on the palate into flavours of banana, dried peach, shortbread and dark, nutty chocolate PERUVIAN PROVENANCE - Crafted in small batches, BarSol is from the south of Peru’s Ica Valley, the historical heartland of the Pisco category. The distillery, Bodega San Isidro, dates back to the 1800’s PISCO SOUR - Add 50ml BarSol Pisco, 25ml lime juice, 25ml sugar syrup, and 15ml egg white to a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a coupette glass and garnish with three dashes of bitters
