The Sealey TC904 is a professional bead seating tool designed to quickly and safely seat tubeless tyre beads on a wide range of vehicles. This 19-litre capacity tool provides the instant burst of high-pressure air needed to force the tyre bead against the rim, making the initial inflation process significantly easier for tyre fitters and mechanics. The tool works by storing compressed air in its fully certified tank and releasing it rapidly through a diaphragm valve controlled by a push-button trigger. The controlled air dump forces the tyre bead to seat properly against the rim, eliminating the frustration often encountered when fitting tubeless tyres. A built-in pressure gauge and safety valve prevent over-pressurising, whilst the slotted key system prevents accidental trigger operation for enhanced workshop safety.
