The double layered seamless tube has overlocked top seams and provides warmth and protection without excess bulk. Whether you wear it underneath a hard hat, welding mask or by itself, you won’t feel like your head is being shrink wrapped. Inherent Flame Resistant Properties: Regardless of how many times it is washed, the multi-hazard arc and flame-resistant properties of the BENCHMARK FR Skull Cap will not change. Pre-shrunk and machine washable, the BENCHNMARK FR beanie provides HRC/CAT Level 3 protection with a whopping 36 cal rating. It meets or exceeds NFPA 70E compliance and ASTM F1506 standards.
