Our trial of plating on polyhedral dice set had finally come true. So these are acrylic dice, but with metal plating. They have metal feeling and glossy surface. But they are acrylic dice inside, so the cost is lower comparing with solid metal dice. We keep them unpainted for DIY numbers. But the blank numbers are still readable. The plating is firm and durable, can stand for many years of playing. We can't avoid the marks left by hanging tools on dice, it could be a point within numbers, or maybe a small scratch on surface.
