I recommend it… I can use it with a GODOX SL 150 and a 90‑degree parabolic softbox. It holds the weight very well, even at high elevations (tested at 2.6 m) without sandbags. Top quality, Manfrotto.

What can I say? There's a reason why the tripods cost more than the cheap ones from Walimex or Neewer. They're simply better. Indestructible, stable, easier to store and use.
