Black Wild Rice USA is all-natural, GMO-free, and vegan-friendly. ✔ INSTRUCTION FOR USE: To Cook: Rinse the rice, place 125g in a large pan, stir in 450ml of boiling water. Return to the boil, cover, and simmer for 45-50 minutes until the grains have popped.
