The slightly elevated Potash level of 6% actively promotes flower colour intensity, supports fruit set and improves the flavour-determining ripening process in vegetables and fruit crops - the nutrient most responsible for the quality difference between home-grown and commercially produced food. The slow release of Phosphate from bone meal means root development continues steadily over the full growing season rather than depleting quickly after a single concentrated dose, providing the long-term structural foundation that supports both ornamental plants and productive crops through an entire season of growth. Apply before sowing or planting at 140g per square metre, forked lightly into the top surface of moist soil. Top dress established plants throughout the season at 70g per square metre every 6 to 8 weeks from February to October. Water in thoroughly if no rainfall is expected within 24 hours of application.
