If the doors stay locked, the switch on the back of the magnetic lock needs to be flicked upwards to then allow the door to be open. A diagram is available on page 4 of the instruction manual. Repeat step 7: On the magnetic lock, push the catch upwards to activate it. It will click into place and become loose once properly pushed, enabling the door to open.
